Toledo went through a terrible summer this past year, with a record number of days with temperatures above 90 degrees, and several multi-week spans without any rainfall. From outside my bedroom window I could see the trees at our house growing sickly. Sadly, even just driving past Wildwood I can see things were just as bad over there, and pictures of the fall foliage there would not exactly look all that attractive.
So I decided to go over to the University of Toledo on a Sunday afternoon, when there’d be few people over there, to photograph things there. UT’s campus is well-maintained, so even when there isn’t much rain, the trees get plenty of water, not to mention care. I’d been meaning to show you all where I go to college anyway, so I killed two stones with one bird in this trip. Hope you all enjoy.
