You enter pale, in the space
Between illusion and a dream
You're not asleep, but yet the thought
Of waking makes your temples scream
The soundless wind can't buffer you
The haunting echoes from your lips
Devour all the spaceless black
As sanity is tugged, and rips
Your heart contracts inside your chest
Like stars into the blackest hole
And pulls away from all its moors
Surrendering its last control
You cannot help but throw and thrash
The chance of fighting seems so far
Away, if you could only find
Exactly where you truly are
