New in .photography: Early spring colours and fowl at Olander Park. I hadn’t been to Olander Park since I was little, even though it’s just a little ways north of my house. It isn’t suited too well for the kind of nature photography I like to do, but I still got some good shots of the pale greens of this time of year in this part of Ohio, plus I got close to some really cool ducks.

New in .photography: Autumn leafscapes at Wildwood. I needed some fresh air after a long illness (hence the lack of updates here), and it felt like today would be the best day to get good shots of the leaves still on the trees given the upcoming weather. I headed over there yesterday to take more photos for the .musecast and check out all the changes there since I hadn’t been there in a few years. New in .photography: Flora and fauna right at midsummer at the Toledo Botanical Garden. I took these photos yesterday, as we finally had a cool day that was good for a long walk around the garden. I figured the solstice would be a good time to catch the more brilliant colours there, and I think I picked a good time. New in .photography: Early spring colours at the Toledo Botanical Garden.  I shot these photos during my trip there yesterday, right in between a cold snap and a heat wave when the temperature was just right, the sun was shining, the breeze was deliciously cool, and I had to deal with a lot of people there.  I still think I got a pretty good set of photos, though.  As always, feedback is appreciated.
