Nothing like finding out you're going to win a $2,000 scholarship -- especially with strong rumours that tuition is about to go up 20% next year -- only to find out that they can't give you the scholarship because they don't have enough money. As if I needed more reasons to hate Dubya and his cronies in Congress.
